How it all started is Derrick worked in larger companies gained a lot of knowledge and appreciation for lawn care, for over 16 years he devoted his time and energy. He realized his skills over the years kept getting sharper.
After realizing his passion while working on his own front yard landscape he came up with this plan with his family and started to design his logo based on his love for the outdoors and named it after their family last name.
Derrick wanted to start his own small family business, cost efficient by running it small, engaging in the memories he learned, remaining personable and standing proud with his family by his side.
Our idea was to be honest and up-front with no hidden costs and actually listen and care to the needs of our clients versus running it extremely large and losing sight of why we began this in the first place.
We love the feeling of helping others and watching the happiness after their lawn is completed. We enjoy working in this atmosphere, we work great as a team putting our ideas together and growing.
Laila is Derrick's wife, assistant and marketer. Their children even offer to help clean the equipment in their garage and wash them outside. We also have a special appreciation for all animals, we are dog and cat friendly when Derrick is at a property.
