Terms of service.
Invoices, Payments & Estimates
We will provide you with an invoice after your service is completed. We just kindly ask for the payment after the service is completed. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Check and Cash.
We will provide you with a Venmo or Zelle link by text after the service. We use a lawn care program that gives us a precise estimate on your estimate by using Google Earth and we can provide you with a statement by email or text.
The account is past due
We will suspend our lawn maintenance services if payment is not received after the job is completed. A fee may also be required for the first time mow if it is a one-time mow or new client and grass is higher than 3 inches high. We will resume services once full payment is received.
Mowing Schedule
Your lawn will typically be serviced on the same day of every week depending on the area that your home is located in to fit on our mowing schedule. Additionally, heavy rain will prevent us from being able to service your lawn. In this case, we will attempt to reschedule for the same week/weekend.
We cannot guarantee any specific time for your lawn service. All routes are completed between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. Our mowing schedules typically run from April through October.
Other services are completed on agreed upon dates. For first time customers, please keep in mind that it takes 3 to 4 visits before your property becomes beautifully mowed and manicured, showcases a vibrant beauty that only time and care can achieve.
Long Grass Fees
We want to leave your property looking beautiful. Sometimes when grass grows longer it requires more than one cut during a visit to ensure quality service. For the first time we do charge an additional small fee for any grass higher than 3 inches.
Weather
If the grass is not too wet, we will still cut it on light rain days. We will always try our best not to skip but if the weather is out of our control, we will reschedule your route for the next available closest date to continue your services.
Obstructions/Dog Waste
We just kindly ask you please ensure your property is ready to be serviced. Gates unlocked, we will ensure they are closed after we leave your property. We will try our best to service around your property but please keep in mind our safety while working on your property is our top priority.
Please keep a clear pathway for us, we really appreciate it. Dog waste is picked up before your initial service day, it ensures our equipment works effectively and we can create those beautiful lines in your lawn.
Damage
We are very careful when we service your lawn, but if a covered incident does happen, we will repair the damage. Contact us immediately, no later than 24 hours after the service where damage occurred. If you have a covered claim the submission of sufficient evidence is required, receipt for the item, photos of the damage, we will be required to review the item to evaluate the damage.
Answering Calls & Messages
The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday during the season. We do work occasionally on Saturdays. We will do our best to return your call and messages by the end of the day if you call before 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Messages are checked on a regular basis during and after the mowing season.
Automatic Sprinklers/Irrigation Systems
Please try not to water the day of your scheduled service, the cut may not be satisfactory, grass blades lay over when wet and blow off of debris is difficult.
Cancellations
You may cancel anytime with a week notice, please no weekend cancellations for the following Monday. Any service completed prior to cancellation will be due. Accepted through text, e-mail, written notice or by contacting us by phone 970-213-7556. It is your responsibility to inform us of a cancellation we appreciate your corporation.
